Generously filled with the Indian herb methi (also known as fenugreek greens) and spices. These paratha taste best when served hot with or without Indian pickles (Aachar) and creamy cool yogurt for a traditional Punjabi breakfast, as well as a great accompaniment in the lunchbox. Decide to have it either healthy (it’s fat free) or the traditional Punjabi style well buttered or drizzled with oil.

INGREDIENTS: corn flours (27%), methi leaves (fenugreek) (8.5%), fresh coriander, cumin, chilli, salt, turmeric.
