Afia likes hers with garlic butter mixed in and hot buttered roti – very very naughty but oh so nice!  This is made low with fat. You add body and adjust to taste with your choice or your choice of butter or oil eg olive oil, rapeseed oil, etc.

INGREDIENTS: Potato (45%), Fenugreek Leaves (22%), Spinach (22%), Green Chilli, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Ground Coriander, Dried Red Chillies, Turmeric.
