A refreshing salsa like raw chutney. Goes great with paratha, samosa, pakora, dokra, popadoms, etc, or simply add to yogurt to taste to go with your meal to turn it into two different versions. You may want to adjust salt and chilli to your taste.

Afia enjoys her steaming hot biryani, pilau, and other rice dishes with this chutney mixed in cool thick creamy yogurt and nothing else as a main meal. Well maybe some side salad to balance the meal out.

INGREDIENTS: Coriander (41%), Tomatoes (21%), Onion, Mint, Water, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Salt, Green Chilli.
