Samosa

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

WHEAT & GLUTEN FREE SAMOSA

BEST RESULT – METHOD A) Deep Fry From Frozen: Remove all packaging, cook in HOT oil (~200°C) for 5-7 minutes, ensure filling is piping hot all the way through.  Too hot oil will burn pastry; too cold oil will split pastry. Remove from oil, allow to stand upright for one-minute on paper towel before serving. Repair BROKEN CORNERS or CRACKS IN PASTRY with cornflour or gram flour paste before frying.

METHOD B) Remove all packaging. Pre-heat oven 180°C-200°C (Gas Mark 6). Place samosa on well oiled baking tray in oven, cook for 2-3-minutes. Remove, brush samosa with oil ALL over. Return to oven, cook for ~20-25min, turning over half way. Ensure filling is piping hot.

Over cooking will dry out and shrink pastry.
